Lead the development of world-class sales and marketing operations! You will work with Sales and Marketing leadership to deliver the long-term sales and marketing strategy, manage near and long term sales planning, and ensure the operational needs of the sales and marketing organizations are met. You are a strategic thinker who is able to roll up your sleeves to build analytical frameworks and solutions that directly support sales growth and/or sales and marketing efficiency. You will:

  • Oversee all aspects of worldwide sales and marketing operations.
  • Own the strategy for instrumenting sales and marketing to ensure systems, processes, and goals are aligned.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end funnel visibility and analysis, campaign effectiveness, database cleanliness, and overall business impact.
  • Own the sales and marketing technology stack and partnership with IT.
  • Ensure sales process adoption, implement sales methodology practices within the sales process, capture the necessary process information to drive improvements.
  • Refine the sales management processes, including key performance indicators and dashboards, pipeline management, quotas, and account and territory planning.
  • Drive programs and create the infrastructure for sales and technical enablement for the worldwide sales organization
  • Drive alignment around key performance indicators and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop reporting and analysis process and work with leadership to define and measure all sales personnel against performance standards.
  • Drive QBRs, consistent sales goal setting processes, and design of sales incentive plans.
  • Create and foster an organization of continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in sales or marketing operations and experience with SaaS.
  • Excellent analytical, business intelligence and project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, the Salesforce ecosystem, and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in business analytics, key performance indicators and dashboards.
  • An understanding of GDPR compliance requirements.Ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting.
  • Budget management experience and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • BA/BS degree supported by sales experience.

BitGo is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Palo Alto. Main Responsibilities include:

  • Own development of BitGo's custom transactional billing systems
  • Own collection and recording of coin pricing data which is crucial to billing accurately
  • Work with the CFO, Controller and Sales team to determine requirements and integrate billing systems with 3rd party CRM and general ledger software
  • Own the development and operations of BitGo's pay-as-you-go collection system
  • Write maintainable code with extensive code coverage
  • Work in a professional software engineering environment (with source control, dev/stage/prod release cycle, continuous deployment)
  • Follow best practices in design and usability
  • Build performant systems that take into account testing, monitoring, alerting, building pipelines and deployment to multiple systems

Requirements

  • Strong experience in designing back-office and billing systems from scratch
  • Strong in Javascript and NodeJS
  • At least 5 years of overall web development experience (SaaS products)
  • Has built scalable and highly performant systems
  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar major

The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for the strategy and implementation of demand generation programs and marketing operations that drive pipeline. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who has a solid understanding of business operations, strong communications skills, and a passion for data analysis, metrics, and reporting. We need someone to build the demand generation function from the ground up. You will:

  • Define the demand generation vision and strategy to support BitGo’s sales goals.
  • Build and manage the team, programs and infrastructure required to execute the strategy.
  • Oversee budgets and track spend on marketing programs while measuring cost of acquisition.
  • Design funnel KPIs and implement analytics to guide the execution.
  • Lead development of personas and customer segmentation.
  • Work with sales to define and optimize sales motions.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze campaigns across a wide spectrum of acquisition and upsell channels.
  • Drive marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead acquisition, lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead management, and driving funnel stage improvements.
  • Actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition, contact acquisition and activity.
  • Provide marketing, sales, and business leaders with analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact, and goal setting.

  • Demonstrable results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close and conversion ratios.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, including multi-touch marketing automation-based campaigns.
  • Experience developing and running ABM programs.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting.
  • Budget management experience and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to develop effective working relationships across organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
